The ACCESS teams are especially characterized by a deep sense of ownership, which has enabled ACCESS to become the partner of choice for the stakeholders that it engages with.
Led by the CEO, Vipin Sharma, the team is divided into two functionalprogramme verticals ably supported by a Program Support team. Each Programme vertical is led by a Vice President. Programmes in the Region are supported by Associate Vice Presidents located in Jaipur (Rajasthan), Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), Bhubaneswar (Orissa), Kolkata (West Bengal) and Project Heads in Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh) and Dehradun (Uttarakhand). Eight other project offices are each headed by Team Leaders.
