Microfinance

ACCESS follows a two-pronged strategy for the delivery of technical services - one relates to long term handholding through a product based process, and the other evolves in response to specific requirements of a NGO / MFI. The various aspects of technical support and training offered include Technical Incubation services, Thematic Trainings, Client-specific Services and Project Appraisals and Supervisory Monitoring.

The ‘microFinance India' conference draws attention of national and international sector experts on key challenges faced by the Sector and to develop a common vision for its harmonious growth and has been instrumental in providing a platform for information and knowledge sharing.

ACCESS has commenced work to establish the ACCESS Microfinance Alliance (AMA) as a part of its vision to bring together the erstwhile CASHE partners and other NGO - MFIs within a national network that will facilitate structured delivery of technical services.AMA will also work to address key issues of the institutions committed to the sector and help them in enhancing operations in order to assist the poor in accessing microfinance services.
